Are you an experienced Residential Property Lawyer looking for a new challenge?

My client, a leading legal 500 firm with offices throughout South East London are on the hunt for an exceptional individual to join as Head of Department and lead a team of Licensed Conveyancers and Paralegals.

The role will see you manage your own caseload of residential property transactions in a fully supported environment whilst leading and insiring an established team of professionals and giving technical assistance when required.

This is a new role and will see you form strategic partnerships with their network of offices whilst maintaining and building relationships with local agents and other work referers, through business development activities.

To be successful you'll need a minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property and be ready to take on the additional experience of leadership.

This role will allow you to work autonomously, hybrid working is available together with a salary comensurate of the responsibility.
