I am seeking a Registered Manager to join an established and growing care provider who specialise in and support children with various needs, through Supported Accommodation and Residential homes, providing a therapeutic support approach and appropriate solutions. This exciting opportunity will oversee a BRAND NEW small Residential home, for children with EBD, within the Surrey area of South Croydon. This is a great opportunity for an established Service Manager who wants to put their own stamp on a brand-new home! You will work closely with the wider teams and have a real focus and input in recruitment, referrals and transitions.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
* Have experience of supporting children with varying needs previously.
* Have experience of care management, ideally within a Residential Living environment.
* Have an NVQ in Health & Social Care Level 5 or be working towards this.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a full-time role, typically Monday-Friday however flexibility is offered according to the needs of the services. For your hard work you will be rewarded with an extremely generous salary of up to £60,000 per annum as well as quarterly performance related bonuses.
