Temp with the potential to be offered a PERMANENT role!
This role is to cover main reception for a very busy client in their office in Headingley. You will be the first point of contact for all customers and clients either by phone, email or face to face.
The receptionist will handle all requests as well as looking after general administrative tasks
You must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft programmes and have the ability to think on your feet.
The person:
Good communication skills with a smart appearance
Able to manage own work load
Confident when speaking on the telephone
Able to prioritise work
Experienced within a similar role
