Property Manager

Salary: £23k+ DOE
Location: Stocksbridge, West Yorkshire

Full time working hours, Monday to Friday with 1 weekend per month.

The Key duties of the Property Manager

• Managing a property portfolio of around 300 properties
• Being the first point of contact for the properties in your portfolio
• Dealing with a mixture of phone, email, and face to face-based queries

The Key Requirements of the Property Manager

• Driving License beneficial
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management and organisational skills
• The ability to integrate into and work as a team.
