A very exciting role has come up to join a culture driven business in Crawley who are looking for an experienced sales individual to join them on a permanent basis as a Business Development/Account Management Executive.

This very successful business who are well known within the industry. They offer thorough training and support as well as provide excellent tools for you to be able to do the role.

Like any sales roles, what you put in it what you get out however, within this role, you will receive in return an excellent office environment with break out areas and activities, an excellent package where you are to realistically earning £50k - £70k+ in your first year and growing upon this even further within your second year onwards.

Job description:
* No cold calling within the role!
* B2B sales
* Source and speak to business owners/decision makers on the product you are offering - full marketing material and support information is provided to you to support with closing the sale
* Attend meetings where you will present all aspects of the product
* Support clients through the process and ensure you are remaining in touch with them to provide effective aftersales and secure a long term relationship

Experience required:
* Previous experience in sourcing your own relationships and building upon these within a sales environment is essential for this role
* Account management
* New sales
* Experience speaking to senior level decision makers and closing deals with them
* Experience working within an environment where long term relationships are cultivated

This role is an office based role working 08:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday.
