Customer Service Advisor

Our client is one of the leading manufacturers in the country and is currently on the look out for Customer Service Advisor's who are passionate about helping people to join their operations team in the City Centre of Edinburgh ASAP on a full time permanent basis due to growth in this area.

Salary - £22,672
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 08:30am - 17:00pm
Start date - ASAP

Responsibilities:

* Inbound calls from new and existing customer, answering their general enquiry, providing product information and preventing the need for unnecessary repeat contact
* Accurate order processing
* Liaising with other departments
* Work as part of a team supporting the delivery of Contact Centre KPIs
* Any additional duties as required by the business
* Serve trade desk customers face to face when required in a polite professional and courteous manner

What you'll need to succeed

* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
* Telephony experience
* Excellent telephone and customer care skills with an ability to communicate effectively by telephone
* Administration skills
* Ability to work under own initiative with minimal supervision
* Recognition of the importance of repetitive tasks
* An enthusiastic and positive approach
* Attention to detail
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office suite, internet, use of databases)
