As a Chef De Partie you will be supporting the Senior Chef's with the day to day running of this large and very busy operation. You will be responsible for the site's restaurant offering, which is a high end bistro/modern European style of food as well as being involved in the hospitality & events.

Producing food to the highest standards is essential at this premium site, using the finest ingredients available. The site is divided between several different outlets which consist of restaurant, retail & events so having varied experience is key for this role.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Chef to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high-profile hotel/restaurant or high end pub setting with high standards of food preparation.
