Search Healthcare in Scotland has achieved outstanding grades following this year’s assessment by the Care Inspectorate*, a regulatory body which registers approximately 14,000 care services across the country.

Search Healthcare registered with the Care Inspectorate in 2017, following the division’s expansion to Glasgow. Since then, the specialist Nursing and Care agency has continued to bolster its offering across Scotland, providing exceptional care and support to the highest professional standards in line with current governance and regulatory bodies.

This year marks the first Care Inspectorate assessment of Search Healthcare’s services since the division was first registered two years ago. 

Search Healthcare was inspected, evaluated and received a passing score of 5 – which equates to ‘Very Good’ - on four key areas: quality of information, quality of care and support, quality of staffing and quality of management and leadership.

As part of the inspection process, the Care Inspectorate also contacted registered Care Home Providers for their feedback, and received the following comments:

"Search is very good and they meet our needs."

"There is good communication with the office staff."

"We tend to request the same nurses back, for continuity. More often than not, the agency honours our requests."
