Ciaran joined Search as an IT Resourcer back in 1998, where he has since progressed through the ranks from consultant in 2000, to Associate Director in 2016.
Over the course of his 20 years with Search, Ciaran has earned the admiration and respect of colleagues, clients and candidates alike. “Ciaran was the first consultant I worked with as part of my resourcing role with Search, and also was the person who I made my first placement with,” recalls Isabelle Lanoye, Senior Resourcer at Search Technology & Transformation.
“What’s great about Ciaran is that I know exactly what is expected of me, yet he will listen to me if I argue my case on why one candidate is better than another. His down to earth approach, combined with his fun-loving nature makes him a joy to work with, and I truly feel we have created a very good relationship which will last a lifetime,” she continues.
Marc Wilson, Divisional Manager at Search Technology & Transformation adds, “Ciaran and I go way back, and I can certainly say that he is not only a great leader in recruitment, but also a stand up chap to work with.”
“Through his thorough market knowledge, combined with his consultative approach, he has continued to make his mark on Scotland’s IT recruitment sector, and I hold him in high esteem – not only as a respected colleague, but also a great friend.”
Kate McClorey, Managing Director at Search Technology & Transformation concluded, “I have only known Ciaran for a relatively short time, but he truly is a remarkable individual and a force to be reckoned with in IT recruitment. In congratulating his 20 years of service, I look forward to many more years of success."
