Registered Manager - Eating Disorder Clinic

We're seeking a Registered Manager to oversee our specialist clinics supporting individuals with eating disorders in South Manchester. This is more than a management role. £45,000-£50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
37.5 hours per week | 32+ days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)
Your Impact:
* Lead and inspire a team of 15+ professionals, including support workers, nurses, and allied healthcare staff, fostering a culture of excellence and empathy.
* Ensure CQC compliance and outstanding service delivery, acting as the driving force behind quality and safety.
* Collaborate with senior management to innovate and expand the service, influencing future development plans.
* Be the key point of contact for service users, families, and stakeholders, ensuring their voices shape care pathways.
* Play a pivotal role in referrals and service design, directly improving patient experiences and outcomes.
Your Experience:
* Clinical background (RMN, OT, Social Worker, or similar) with experience in mental health settings-eating disorder expertise is a bonus, but not essential.
* Proven leadership in a regulated care environment (CQC/HCPC), ideally with multi-disciplinary teams.
* A passion for mentoring teams and elevating standards through training, development, and hands-on guidance.
