We're currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join our Public Sector client on a minimum 6-month contract. You'll work from home four days a week, with one day in the Glasgow office. You will receive an hourly rate of £12.80ph-£16.03ph, depending on experience. The role offers flexible working hours covering a 37-hour week over Monday to Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Provide support to the HR Business partners with their ad hoc day to day tasks and duties
- Support the HR team and line managers to ensure the smooth running of processes relevant to the development and management of staff within their relevant profession
- Co-ordinating and supporting the performance management process, supporting key internal stakeholders in operating a fair and transparent performance management process
- Support HR colleagues and other professions offices in their role and undertake tasks commensurate with their ability to facilitate the people agenda
- Demonstrates effective diversity and inclusive team behaviour
- Attend professional events and meetings and supporting L&OD initiatives
- Maintenance and security of all Professions related data i.e. employee skills matrix and performance management information

- Experience within a HR environment/role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own time whilst working on multiple tasks within deadlines and SLA's
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven IT literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships with managers and employees at all levels
- Able to maintain the strictest confidentiality
