Sales Consultant - Property Investment Sector
Location: Leeds
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No Weekend Work)

This position goes beyond traditional estate agency work. You will manage a portfolio of tenanted properties, build strong relationships with both sellers and buyers, and play a key role in delivering high-yield investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise a portfolio of investment property sellers
- Qualify and match buyers to suitable investment opportunities
- Negotiate deals that deliver value for all parties
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth completions
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven background in sales (property or related sectors preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
- Full UK driving licence required
