About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy-identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that drive revenue. This is a field-based role offering autonomy and the chance to shape your own pipeline and success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed targets
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Conduct client meetings and deliver persuasive presentations
- Negotiate and close deals aligned with client needs and company goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
