About the Role
A fast-paced and growing business is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join its team. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Business Development and Sales teams, as well as contributing to lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
* Accurately set up and maintain customer accounts using CRM systems and spreadsheets
* Maintain and analyse customer data to identify new and lapsed opportunities
* Record and action meeting outcomes (e.g. customer notes, sending brochures, providing quotations)
* Assist with processing orders and quotations during holiday/lunch cover periods
* Identify and research new business opportunities through outbound/inbound calls, social media, and online platforms
Performance Targets
* Call answering time: under 6 seconds
* Email response time: within 2 hours
* Contribute to achieving overall sales targets
What We're Looking For
* Strong administrative skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
* Excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a positive attitude
* Experience in sales or construction sectors is beneficial
* Outbound calling experience is essential
