Registered Manager - Children & Young People's Residential Care

We're seeking a Registered Manager to oversee our high-quality residential homes for children and young people with complex needs in Preston. £45,000-£50,000 per annum DOE
+ £7,000 annual bonus potential (Ofsted, retention, occupancy, and more)

Your Impact:

* Balance budgets, rotas, and resources without compromising quality, ensuring staff and young people have what they need to succeed.
Your Experience:
* NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management (CYP) or equivalent (e.g., DipSW, CMS, CQSW).
* Proven senior leadership in children's residential care, with expertise in Ofsted compliance and safeguarding.
* A natural motivator-you develop teams through supervision, training, and hands-on support.
* Resilient and visionary-you balance policy with creativity to deliver life-changing outcomes.
* Full UK driving license (flexibility for on-call/cover is essential).
