We're seeking a Service Manager to lead our 26-bed specialist unit in Ipswich, delivering exceptional care for adults with complex neurological needs. This is more than a management role-it's a chance to shape rehabilitation outcomes, inspire a multidisciplinary team, and elevate standards in a service with a 20-year legacy of changing lives.

Your Impact:
* Lead a high-performing team-foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and compliance with CQC standards in neurorehabilitation.
* Drive quality improvement-oversee care plans, clinical governance, and rehabilitation goals alongside in-house therapists and medical professionals.
* Champion regulatory excellence-ensure the service meets and exceeds CQC requirements as the Registered Manager.
* Balance budgets and resources strategically, maintaining safety and person-centred care without compromise.
* Influence growth-contribute to service development in a charity committed to brain injury recovery nationwide.

Your Experience:
* QCF/NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification in Social Care/Health).
* 5+ years' experience managing CQC-registered care homes, ideally in neurorehabilitation or complex medical settings.
* Proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams-able to motivate staff, manage rotas, and uphold clinical standards.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding
* UK driving license (operational flexibility is essential).
