About this role

Regional Manager
£70,000 - £75,000 plus car allowance
Central Belt, Scotland

My client are known for their luxury care homes across the UK and are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join their team, supporting home across the Central Belt of Scotland. It is essential that the successful candidate has exceptional clinical expertise within a care home setting.

Responsibilities
* Health and safety compliance
* Leadership and motivation
* Quality management
* Building and developing professional relationships with external stakeholders, regulatory and local authorities
* Budget management
* Work with the internal team to promote the home and overall organisation
* Support home managers across the region to ensure that residents receive the very highest standards in personal support
* Identify areas for improvement and implement improvement programmes
* Follow best practice

Experience/Qualifications
* RGN/RMN with an active pin is essential
* Management qualification such as SVQ4 or equivalent would be advantageous
* Experience in a similar role with proven success
* Strong communication and management skills with the ability to lead staff in a motivational manner
* Full clean UK driving license
