Adhoc Receptionist (Multiple Sites - LEEDS)
We are currently looking to build a pool of reliable and flexible Receptionists to provide adhoc cover across multiple sites in the NE1 area.
This role is ideal for individuals who are happy to work occasional shifts on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed hours. Shifts will be offered as they become available, and you can choose to accept them based on your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing front-of-house reception cover
- Greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Handling general administrative tasks
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
What we're looking for:
- A professional and approachable manner
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility and reliability
- Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
How it works:
You will be added to our pool of receptionists and contacted when shifts become available. If you're free, you can pick up the shift, simple and flexible.
