The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within our Legal division, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Manage and grow a permanent legal recruitment desk across the Yorkshire and wider Northern markets
* Build on existing client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Recruit legal professionals across a range of practice areas and seniority levels
* Develop long-term partnerships with law firms, in-house legal teams and key decision-makers
* Deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates
* Maximise the potential of a warm desk while driving further market growth
* Work closely with senior leadership to help shape and strengthen our Legal proposition in the region
