Are you a confident, customer‑focused sales professional looking to build your career within the property sector? Our client - a well‑established and dynamic property business - is seeking a proactive Senior Property Advisor to join their busy team in Aberdeenshire.
About the Role
As a Senior Property Advisor, you'll play a key role in managing property sales and delivering an outstanding service to clients. You'll be responsible for handling enquiries, negotiating offers, and supporting clients throughout the sales process while contributing to a high‑performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of properties from enquiry through to completion
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries from buyers and sellers
- Negotiating property offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Providing a high level of customer service at every stage of the journey
- Supporting and collaborating with the wider sales team
- Greeting clients and building strong professional relationships
- Assisting with team coordination and contributing to sales performance
About You
- Previous experience within property sales
- Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Customer‑focused with a commitment to delivering high service standards
- Confident managing multiple enquiries and working in a fast‑paced environment
- Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player
