What you'll be doing

As a Pension Administrator, you'll play a vital role in helping customers through key life events while ensuring pension schemes are administered accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing pension and retirement plan administration from start to finish.

  • Processing transfers, retirements, commutations and other pension transactions.

  • Preparing customer and regulatory communications.

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and pension data.

  • Supporting customers through sensitive cases, including bereavements, with professionalism and empathy.

  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within service standards.

  • Collaborating with colleagues on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Sharing your pensions knowledge and supporting other teams across the business.

What we're looking for

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Experience within pensions administration or pensions customer service.

  • A strong understanding of pension products and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
