Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

About the Role

As a Pension Administrator, you will support the delivery and management of pension schemes, ensuring a high‑quality service for members, advisers, and providers. This is a varied and rewarding role that offers strong progression opportunities within the wider financial services industry.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from graduates who have:

• A recent degree (or are due to graduate) in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline

• A genuine interest in pensions, finance, and the wider financial services sector

• Strong numerical, organisational, and attention‑to‑detail skills

• Confident written and verbal communication abilities

• Previous customer service, administrative, or office‑based experience (desirable but not essential)

• No prior pensions experience - full training is provided
