About this role
We are excited to partner with a growing and highly regarded property firm in Surrey to find an exceptional Property Administrator who will play a pivotal role in their continued success. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team where your contribution will have real impact.
As a key member of the property department, you will be at the heart of the operation, ensuring transactions progress seamlessly while delivering a first-class experience to clients at every stage. This role offers meaningful responsibility, combining administrative excellence with client interaction, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will act as a central point of contact, supporting both internal teams and clients while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records throughout the property lifecycle.
While previous experience in property or legal administration would be beneficial, it is by no means essential. What truly matters is your attitude, drive, and willingness to learn, full training and ongoing development will be provided to help you succeed and grow.
Our client is proud of their collaborative culture and supportive working environment, where employees are genuinely valued. With clear pathways for progression and a commitment to professional development, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a thriving and ambitious organisation.
If you are proactive, professional, and eager to be part of a business that is going from strength to strength, we would love to hear from you
Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
