Location: Mold, CH7 6TD

We are working with a growing residential construction company based in the Northwest, delivering high-quality homes across North Wales and the surrounding areas. Our focus is on craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. As our projects expand, we're looking for dependable labourers to join our hardworking team on-site.



Job Description:
We're seeking physically fit and motivated labourers to assist with the day-to-day tasks involved in building homes. This is a hands-on role working outdoors on active construction sites, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a team.



Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with site setup, preparation, and cleanup

. Moving materials and loading/unloading deliveries. Supporting skilled trades with basic tasks

.Operating hand and power tools.

Maintaining a clean and safe site environment
. Following all health and safety procedures.



Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or labouring preferred but not essential

. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Reliable and punctual.

Good level of physical fitness.

Must hold a valid CSCS (or equivalent).

Own transport and full driving license preferred due to site location

.
