Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Representative (Part-Time, Permanent)
Salary: £11,144 per annum
17 Hours per week with 2 options of shift patterns.
Training: Full-time training provided
Start Dates: 9th June or 16th June
Location: Glasgow City Centre

Job Description:
Are you passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service? Join our dynamic team as an Inbound Customer Service Representative! We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
* Document customer interactions and update records in our system
* Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
