The Role

We're searching for a Customer Experience Team Assistant / Front of House Member with personality, passion, and energy to be the face of our Leeds site. This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting people, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives on keeping things running smoothly.

You won't just greet visitors-you'll be a key part of creating an outstanding experience and bringing fresh ideas to the table. If you're someone who takes pride in making every interaction count and loves thinking outside the box, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Give everyone who walks through the door a warm, memorable welcome.
  • Keep front-of-house areas immaculate, organised, and running like clockwork.
  • Spot opportunities to improve the customer experience-and make them happen.
  • Get involved in events, social media updates, and creative community initiatives.
  • Build great relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.
  • Handle enquiries and complaints with care, professionalism, and quick problem-solving.
  • Manage visitor processes and access controls smoothly and securely.
  • Offer concierge-style services like restaurant bookings, transport arrangements, and more.
  • Report any maintenance issues and help keep the building in top shape.
  • Follow health & safety and company procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, retail, or customer service is ideal.
  • Personality: Friendly, approachable, full of ideas, and ready to take ownership of your role.
  • Skills: Great communicator, highly organised, and detail-focused.
  • Tech: Confident with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, creative, and a true team player.
  • Bonus: Experience in social media, events, or community engagement is a plus.
