Search are currently recruiting for a number of HGV Class Night drivers to work on behalf of our prestigious client based in Knowsley. This is an ongoing position which could become permanent following on from a successful probationary period. This position involves double manned stored deliveries. The position is Sunday to Thursday with start times between 1700-2100.

Pay rates PAYE
* £19.00 p/h nights
* £23.00 p/h Sunday

Pay rates PAYE (inc. holiday pay):
* £21.29/h nights
* £25.77/h nights

Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate Class 1 vehicles with 12 months experience
* Conduct store deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and efficient service.
* Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members.
* Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.

Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license, CPC, Tacho card.
* Experience in general haulage & able to strap
* A clean driving record with no major endorsements.
