Location: Leeds based, we can consider remote working, travel will be included for meetings in Manchester and York, but travel will be paid for
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm / 12th May start / £12.73ph
12 week temp contract, could last longer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, with a focus on minute taking and diary management.


Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately take and distribute minutes during meetings.
* Manage and coordinate diaries, scheduling appointments and meetings.
* Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files.
* Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
