Terms & Conditions apply: To qualify for the ‘refer a friend scheme’ and earn a £500 high street shopping voucher or equivalent cash value, you must satisfy the following conditions. (1) You must refer a friend (“Friend”) to Search Consultancy Limited (“Search”), (2) before the referral, your Friend must have been provided with our Privacy Policy and consented to their information being provided to Search, (3) your Friend must not already be registered with Search, and (4) your Friend must be engaged in a permanent senior leadership role with a Search client and have completed 12 weeks service.
If you qualify for the reward, you will be issued a £500 high street shopping voucher or equivalent cash value for each successful referral. If you are employed by Search, you will receive a cash payment processed through Search Payroll, which will be paid directly into your bank account subject to all relevant statutory tax and NI deductions. If you are not employed by Search, you will receive high street vouchers. Any tax and NI due to HMRC in relation to the vouchers will be your responsibility and you should take appropriate financial advice to ensure that any sums are accounted for to HMRC.
