Paul Kynaston

Paul Kynaston began his recruitment career in 1995, following a decade of service in the Royal Navy.

Since joining Search in 2009, Paul has been instrumental in growing the UK Construction & Property business, overseeing 12 specialist teams as a passionate and active leader and maintaining a hands-on approach to managing customers.

In 2024, Paul’s dedication and drive led to his expanded responsibilities to steer Industrial, Driving, Hospitality, and Engineering & Manufacturing, alongside Construction & Property, through an exciting chapter of growth.
