Pay: £13.01 per hour - Training Period / £14.40 per hour - On Completion of Training
Hours: Monday to Friday - Early Shift 6am - 2pm / Back Shift 2pm - 10pm / Rotational

About the Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operators to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This hands-on role involves supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, sort and store incoming goods
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
• Move stock throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment
• Work towards daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping
• Follow site procedures and safe working practices at all times
• Support colleagues and work effectively as part of the warehouse team
• Assist with stock control and inventory checks as required

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, logistics, or similar environment is desirable, although transferable skills will be considered
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and orders
• Ability to follow instructions, processes, and site procedures
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork
• Reliable with a consistent work history demonstrating dependability
• Experience using warehouse equipment is advantageous but not essential as training may be provided
