Slinger / Telehandler Operatives Required - Cumbria (CA16)

Search Consultancy are currently recruiting experienced Slinger Signallers and Telehandler Operatives for an infrastructure project in the CA16 area of Cumbria, working on a major United Utilities scheme.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project, offering ongoing work for reliable and skilled operatives. Immediate starts are available for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with a variety of civil engineering and groundwork activities
• Excavation and trenching works
• Drainage installation and maintenance
• Ducting and utility infrastructure works
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Safe operation of telehandlers and lifting operations as required
• Supporting site teams to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
• Adhering to all site health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS card
• Relevant Slinger Signaller and/or Telehandler certification
• Previous experience working on civil engineering, utilities, groundwork, or infrastructure projects
• Good understanding of site safety and lifting operations
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
