Search Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Agency Support Workers to join our growing team in Irvine. We have a variety of shifts available across supported living services, care homes, and other healthcare settings, giving you the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

Your Role

As an Agency Support Worker, you will:

Provide person-centred support to individuals with a range of needs.
Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
Support individuals with personal care where required.
Encourage participation in social and community activities.
Maintain accurate records and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Deliver high-quality care while respecting dignity, choice, and individual preferences.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 6 month's paid UK support work experience (preferred).
A caring, professional, and reliable approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
The right to work in the UK.
