In your new role you will be responsible for managing inbound customer enquiries, qualifying leads, and delivering accurate and timely quotations to support revenue growth.

* Has good numeracy and analytical skills, with attention to detail in pricing and costing
* Comfortable using IT systems/ERP tools and standard business software
* Has knowledge of (or willingness to learn) ISO standards and regulated manufacturing environments
* Demonstrates a proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills

Desirable:
* Experience working with advanced engineering materials (e.g. plastics)
* Background in sales, production, or purchasing within an engineering environment
* Familiarity with ERP systems
* Apprenticeship or qualifications in engineering, maths, business, or a related discipline

Contractual Benefits
