Shuttering Joiner

Location: Glasgow

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Shuttering Joiner to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and installing formwork for concrete structures on a variety of construction projects while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install timber and proprietary formwork systems.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately.
• Ensure formwork is secure and ready for concrete pours.
• Dismantle and remove formwork after concrete has cured.
• Work closely with site managers and other trades.
• Follow all health and safety procedures on site.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shuttering Joiner.
• Valid CSCS Card (essential).
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
