CIW Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home
Location: Holywell
Salary: £50,000-£70,000 (experience dependent) + performance bonuses
Registration: CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales)
Required: Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care
Setting: Complex EBD needs, solo and small residential placements
Working Pattern: Flexible working pattern with a 40-hour contract

Requirements
Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or actively working toward it)
Eligibility for CIW Registered Manager registration
Proven track record of delivering quality outcomes for children with complex needs
Strong knowledge of CIW regulatory standards and safeguarding requirements
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the children's residential home, ensuring safe, nurturing environments
Drive CIW regulatory compliance and maintain outstanding inspection standards
Lead safeguarding and individual care planning for young people with complex needs
