Quality Assurance Lead

Full Time | 37.5 Hours | Adult Social Care

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, CQC-regulated care provider with an excellent reputation for delivering person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism. With ambitious plans to achieve an Outstanding CQC rating, they're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation.

The Role

You'll lead on quality assurance, internal audits, compliance and governance, working closely with operational leaders to identify improvements, monitor performance and embed best practice. This is a highly visible role where you'll champion quality, support managers, develop KPIs, analyse performance data and help shape outstanding services.

About You

You'll have:

  • Proven quality and compliance experience within a CQC-regulated adult social care service.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards, legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience conducting audits, producing reports and driving service improvements.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to influence, challenge constructively and build a culture of continuous improvement.

This role is primarily office-based with regular travel to community services for audits, assessments, training and meetings.

An Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references will be required.
