As a Property Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting fee‑earners across a varied caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and secured lending. What You'll Be Doing
Opening files, running conflict checks and supporting compliance processes
Preparing sales packs, drafting contract documentation and managing key forms
Handling post‑completion work including Land Registry applications
Ordering searches and liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and third parties
Managing correspondence, updating trackers and ensuring deadlines are met
Providing high‑quality administrative support across the team
Ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and filed
