As a Senior Paraplanner, you'll play a key role in supporting advisers, producing high‑quality suitability reports, and helping deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Role Overview

As a senior member of the paraplanning team, you will:

• Produce detailed, compliant suitability reports and technical documentation

• Support advisers with research, analysis, and client preparation

• Conduct product, fund, and provider research

• Ensure all recommendations meet regulatory and internal standards

• Contribute to process improvements and best‑practice development

• Work closely with advisers to deliver a seamless client experience

• Working Pattern: Hybrid (fully office based or home working 2 days a week)

• Salary: Up to £50,000, depending on experience

Who We're Looking For

• An experienced Paraplanner with strong technical knowledge

• Level 4 Diploma

• Confident producing high‑quality suitability reports

• Comfortable working closely with advisers and clients

• Strong understanding of financial planning, products, and compliance

• Someone who takes pride in accuracy, detail, and client outcomes
