We're looking for an Installation Scheduler to join a growing and innovative home energy business in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating installations, supporting engineers, and ensuring customers receive a seamless service from start to finish.
The Role
As an Installation Scheduler, you'll be responsible for managing engineer diaries, coordinating installation appointments, and resolving scheduling challenges to keep operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate engineer schedules and workloads.
- Support engineers remotely with diary management and planning queries.
- Communicate effectively with customers and engineers, providing updates, solutions, and reassurance.
- Monitor and resolve scheduling and planning issues as they arise.
- Build strong working relationships across multiple departments.
- Ensure appointments and installations are organised efficiently to support operational performance.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential scheduling conflicts.
About You
- Previous experience in a scheduling, planning, coordination, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other scheduling systems.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Friendly, professional, and confident in building relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
