Are you a caring, compassionate individual with a passion for helping others remain independent in their own homes? We're looking for dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our agency team, supporting clients throughout Clydebank and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As an Agency Home Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals in their own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with personal care and hygiene
Supporting with medication prompts or administration (where trained)
Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
Helping with light household tasks and laundry
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with shopping, appointments, and community outings
Encouraging independence and promoting dignity and respect
Completing accurate care records and reporting any concerns

Essential Requirements
Previous experience in home care, social care, or a similar support role is preferred
Right to work in the UK
PVG Scheme membership (or willingness to join)
Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC), or willingness to register where required
