The Role

As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently delivered. You will lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen team, creating a positive and high-performing culture while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

You will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including recruitment, training, rotas, stock control, ordering, budgeting, and food safety compliance. Working closely with senior management, you will drive kitchen performance, manage costs effectively, and contribute to menu development and innovation, ensuring the business continues to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

About You

• Previous experience as a Head Chef within a quality-led restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
• Passionate about fresh food, seasonal produce, and delivering exceptional standards
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a willingness to lead, motivate, and develop others
• A team player who thrives in a professional kitchen environment
