Customer Service Advisor
Based in Cumbernauld | fully office-based role
Full-Time (35 hours) and Part-Time (20 hours) roles available
Shift work on a rota basis | shifts between 7:00am & 11:00pm - 7 days per week
Ongoing Temp contract with a view to becoming permanent
Pay rate of £12.71 per hour + holiday pay
Search Consultancy are delighted to be working with a leading company based in Cumbernauld to recruit multiple Customer Service roles across both Part-Time and Full-Time shift patterns.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing handling & resolving a wide range of customer enquiries.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Providing customer support by phone, email or instant message to customers - acting as first point of contact for the business
* Working towards resolutions to customer enquiries, escalating where required
* Troubleshooting customer problems to identify root causes, using available resources appropriately to determine how to resolve
* Ensuring inbound enquiries are appropriately tracked on the company system with full detail taken
* Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information
* Ensuring that the highest standard of service is provided at all times in line with company processes
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience within Customer Service - either office-based or from a Retail or Hospitality background - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* First class communication skills - both written & verbal
* Solid IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
