About this role

Contracts Administrator - Immediate Start

📍 Location: Eurocentral, Motherwell

Pay Rate: £15.38 per hour

You must be available to attend 1-2 weeks of onsite training in Eurocentral before transitioning to a fully remote working arrangement.

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join our clients busy team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is highly organised, confident communicating with a range of stakeholders, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

You will work Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 weekends once fully trained and able to work independently.

Shift patterns include:

9:00am - 5:00pm
10:00am - 6:00pm
10:30am - 6:30pm

About the Role

Working within a fast-paced project team, you will be responsible for coordinating communication between suppliers, field teams, and internal stakeholders while ensuring accurate reporting and administration support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing volume calls, emails, and messaging communications with suppliers and field teams
  • Supporting contract and project administration activities
  • Producing and maintaining reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Updating and managing records and databases
  • Coordinating information and communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring and tracking project-related activities
  • Handling high volumes of information accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting general administrative and office functions as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a strong administrative or customer service role
  • Experience supporting projects, contracts, or operational teams
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables, Data extraction and reporting tools, Spreadsheet creation and maintenance
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload and deadlines
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently once trained
