Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid)

Salary: £26,000 (FTE)

Role Overview

Support client accounts by ensuring smooth delivery of activity, translating client needs into execution plans and maintaining strong relationships to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support account management and deliver day‑to‑day client service
• Translate client needs into clear briefs, plans and store activity
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Monitor performance, data quality and completion rates
• Produce reports and insights demonstrating results
• Identify improvements to processes and ways of working

Key Requirements

• Experience in account support, operations or client service
• Strong organisation and planning skills
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and able to work with ambiguity
• Confident with Excel, PowerPoint and fast‑paced environments
