3CX Driver

Join a reliable onsite team where your contribution matters from day one. We're looking for an experienced 3CX Driver to support busy construction projects with an ASAP start.

The Role

• Operating a 3CX backhoe loader safely and efficiently in line with site requirements
• Carrying out excavation, loading, grading, trenching, and material movement
• Assisting with site preparation and groundworks as directed by the Site Supervisor
• Loading and unloading materials using the machine where required
• Carrying out daily plant inspections and reporting any defects or maintenance requirements
• Following site plans and instructions accurately
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations

We're Looking For

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 3CX (Backhoe Loader) certification
• Previous experience operating a 3CX on construction or civil engineering sites
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe working practices
• CSCS card preferred

• Pay: £22.00 to £25.00 per hour, depending on experience
