For over a decade, the S1jobs Recruitment Awards have recognised outstanding achievements in the recruitment sector, highlighting excellence, professionalism, and innovation. With awards ranging from ‘Best Diversity & Inclusion Initiative’ and ‘Recruitment Consultant of the Year’ to the highest accolade, ‘Best Recruitment Agency’, the awards spotlight companies and individuals performing at the highest level.  

Alongside seven other excellent contenders, in a category we were commended within last year, Search was announced as a finalist for ‘UK & International Agency of the Year’ - an award which recognises outstanding contributions to the recruitment sector and an unwavering commitment to clients, candidates, and colleagues.   

Having attended the glittering award ceremony in Glasgow earlier this month, our team were delighted to be crowned 2024 winners! The award is a real testament to the hard work that goes on behind the scenes at Search as the criteria took a closer look at our approach to people development and how our vision and values drive organisational activities, alongside the level of service we provide to candidates throughout their job search journey.
