Paul previously worked as Managing Director for the Midlands region at Hays, where he spent over 30 successful years. During his tenure at Hays, he led numerous teams and developed a diverse portfolio of thriving businesses across various sectors.
Joining as Senior Managing Director in 2024, Paul is excited to utilise his expertise to guide Search through an exciting period of growth.
