Paul Kynaston

After working in the Royal Navy, Paul started his recruitment career in 1995 as a consultant.

Joining Search in 2009, Paul assumed responsibility of our construction business in the North of England. Since then, he has been instrumental in growing Search’s UK Construction & Property business, leading 12 specialist teams.

He is a passionate, active and visible leader, managing some of our largest construction customers. Committed to regularly visiting their sites on a weekly basis, Paul spends a great deal of time with clients to understand their requirements and create bespoke solutions.
