We currently have an exciting opportunity that would be ideally suited to anybody that is looking to pursue a career in administration. Based for our client
in central Sheffield you will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative and general office duties.
The successful applicant will have specific responsibility for
· data entry, filing and providing general administrative support to the department.
· You must be able to display experience of working in a busy environment and will have the confidence in handling a large workload.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team
· An excellent telephone manner is essential for this role as is the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people.
· Candidates must be confident in using Microsoft Office
All candidates should possess a good standard of education with minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above and they must be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills as well as initiative and enthusiasm.
